You’ll start with a full safety briefing, in which you’ll be introduced to the equipment and given the chance to tackle the obstacles at a low level before heading up into the canopy. High above the forest floor, you’ll face tricky crossings, tunnels and walkways before completing the course on a high (quite literally) by whizzing down a thrilling zip wire.
